Not all optional insurance products are available on all loans or in all states. Eligibility requirements must be met to obtain certain optional insurance protection products. Claim payments for all optional insurance products are issued to Buckley Microfinance and applied against the balance of your outstanding loan. Should claim benefit payments exceed the payoff amount of the loan, any overage will be issued to the covered borrower, or in the event of life insurance, to the designated beneficiary(ies).

For insurance claims, the claim payment will be made to Buckley Microfinance and applied to the outstanding balance of your loan. After satisfying your credit obligation with Buckley Microfinance, and if the claim payment(s) received exceed(s) the payoff amount of your loan, any additional proceeds will be paid to you or your designated beneficiary(ies).
Only items used to secure the loan and listed on the Schedule A in your loan documents are covered by the Personal Property Insurance policy.
If you do not cancel prior to paying off your loan, your coverage will end at the maturity date as stated on your loan closing documents.
